The COHIBA seminar "First Findings from COHIBA project and implementation of the Baltic Sea Action Plan's Hazardous Substance Segment in the Eastern Baltic Sea Region" took place 18-19 January in Tallinn, Estonia. Altogether 55 participants took part in the seminar including stakeholders from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Russia.
The seminar was organized by HELCOM and Baltic Environmental Forum. The chairpersons were Heidrun Fammler, Eastern Baltic Sea Region Consultant, BEF Latvia and Mikhail Durkin, Professional Secretary, HELCOM Secretariat.
